Ashley taking Cheryl on second honeymoon

Ashley Cole is taking his wife Cheryl to a luxury vacation, he himself calls it the second honeymoon.

The soccer player hopes that the trip will help the couple to outpace the recent issues they had.

An insider told Reveal, “Ashley booked a romantic break to Mauritius as a surprise for when Cheryl finishes her tour and after his football season finishes.”

“He found the most luxurious place he could and hoped it would encourage her to give it another go.”

“At first she was very reluctant, but after a lot of convincing by Ashley she’s been talked around. He’s seeing it as a second honeymoon – but I’m not sure whether she is!”

But it seems like the Girls Aloud singer haven’t forgotten the claims that her hubby cheated on her and that’s why she’s playing hard ball.

The source added, “Cheryl is playing hard ball and Ashley’s doing everything in his power to win her back. He really hopes this works and gets them back on track. If he has his way, they would renew their wedding vows there, too – but I doubt that will be on the cards for Cheryl.”
