James Nesbitt has revealed that he has turned to a therapist for help.
He says, “Yes, I’ve paid for someone to listen to me. It was a personal thing. I’ve never said this publicly before: I have done therapy. It’s a brilliant thing. Brilliant, important, vital. It’s been life saving.”
The actor highly recommends it, because people need to talk to someone who is willing to listen.
Nesbitt told Observer Magazine, “Therapy should be available on the NHS. If therapy is about someone non-judgemental listening to you, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it.”
