Thurman regrets not participating in ‘Rings’

Uma Thurman has claimed that she regrets turning down a role in ‘The Lord Of The Ring’ trilogy.

The actress couldn’t participate the ‘Rings’ films, because her daughter Maya-Ray was just born and she wanted to spend time with her.

‘The Accidental Husband’ star told Digialspy, “Yeah, I was asked. I wish I had done it. I had a small child at the time, and I couldn’t go away for a year. I was just too attached to home.”

She added, “It just caught me at the wrong moment. Oh, I truly wish I could’ve been able to take that plunge, and maybe I should have, but I just couldn’t at the time.”
